iiiiiiiiii it its it's ill in nice iiiiiiii bike i I iii nike Illinois iiiii iiiiiii its in information iiiiii iiiiii iI is installed iniiiiiii I ii I am I'm iiiiiii
ok good, the letter I works finally. Before, I would be typing a paragraph and as soon as a word had the letter "i", the text line would jump a couple sentences back and auto-fill what I saw currently typing. Working good now. Finally my fear of making a long post on my potato is gone :]
as for the picture, it is from work. We have the largest Lotus inventory in the country. These 10 plus 2 more by the Volvo in the main showroom. The yellow one is a 2011 lol :] Selling below cost as a brand new car. With Jag across the street and Alfa Romeo on the next block, we are due for an even slower sales year in 2015. Average price in our fleet is $88,000.
EDIT: it failed to load the first time, brought it back from the saved composition back up, TAG did not save.

that typing issue as been around for a while, tapping out of the text box and going back in fixes it for me.

didn't try that. It only failed when pressing the letter i or tapping a predictive word on the word bar. I think it's fixed now tho. I can't add images to annotations tho. Only if I edit it afterwards. Good to know I wasn't the only one lol :]

Not sure lol. Dealers always pay hardly anything for trade ins. That's how I got my clean e36 M3 ($1900) and A6 Wagon ($2000). We get dibs before they get sent to auction. Very few trade ins (unless less than a couple years old or exotics) get sold in our used car dept. The Torino is priceless. Never let it go.

since it looks like you have a bit of exposure to the Evora, what are your thoughts on it? (Driving characteristics, etc) I've only seen a few, and I think they look decent but I'd be interested to know if they're any good to drive, especially when compared to, say, an Elise.

Odd text issue. I use Android every day (Android 4.3 on a Galaxy S3), and have never experienced a problem like that. I use the Chrome browser always, and post almost every day at least once from my phone...

I use the regular keyboard app that came with the phone as well, if that makes any difference for you. Not sure if the Samsung build of Android for the S3 is different from whatever your phone is.
I've got a new phone on the way soon, it'll be a couple weeks, but I'll see if it gives me trouble with either cyanogen or the android version it arrives with.

Wow, the attic of the auditorium for my high school is way bigger than this. Last time I was there was 4 years ago though, and it's really creepy looking at all the props that have been there for god knows how long.

i was the front end specialist at my dealer and drove them constantly. The Elise/Exige (once tires were warm) are pretty much the best driving vehicles ever. The best in any way you see it. Scores a 10 in any check point. Evora is larger. Also, in my 13 years of working on cars, Evora is without a doubt the worst quality vehicle ever made and I am not even joking one bit to over elaborate. Excluding the engine and trans, the car is catastrophic in the quality department. Engineers do not hand assemble Evoras, regular ass blokes do and very poorly. 2014 have gotten a lot better but still have defects even when new.
As for what you were asking more clearly, a 2014 Evora S is absolutely a joy to drive. You feel the weight and the understeer over the Exige, but compared to anything else i've driven, the Evora S represents Lotus very well. Steering, grip, and the limits are perfect. Turn in is phenomenal. Braking and road feel is beyond superb. When it's not in the shop torn down, I really don't think anything out there has the same dynamics and chassis than Evora S. I want to drive a 4C. I drove an F-Type 2 months ago. More power but just driving it on the roads around our dealers, it is instantly noticeable how better the Evora S drives. F-Type feels like Vantage in many ways.

Ah yes STL Motorcars. They sell more brands than us. We are just 4 brands (Star Motorcars). Bentley and RR (Post Oak Motorcars) is down the street, Lambo is way up the freeway, and there are 2 different Maserati away from us here. Bugatti is in Dallas I think along with McLaren. I'd love to see their service department to compare notes lol.

oh ok. lol awesome picture. I've seen those guys go through some of the older buildings downtown before constructions crews move in. We had to be masked up before going in to inspect and make a proposal.

Wow, I knew it was British, but I still didn't realize how poor the build quality was XD
With the driving qualities that you say it has, it sounds like a really fun car though. It's too bad that the quality is so poor and the prices are so high or it might actually be worth it :P

true. Our current service manager used to work at an English independent shop down the street... the words Hand Assembles in England is a terrifying thing (see. Top Gear British Layland episode). People have an image of craftsman hand building these cars with care and discipline, no, just blokes :] It shows in some of our Aston also but across the street at Jaguar/Land Rover.... I don't have to tell you about LR lol. Sometimes, half the Range Rover models on the delivery truck have to go back either for no start situations or oil leaks catastrophic enough to not mend in the shop under warranty. It will show up on the National Service history as a new car with repairs.
